• The entire machine control system adopts a 10-inch color simulation touch screen by Germany’s SIEMENS, and is equipped with components such as SMC solenoid valves from Japan. The main screen includes animated fault alarms, cause analysis, troubleshooting guidance, and reset functions after issue resolution.
• The film feeding system features a high-speed, high-precision Mitsubishi film feeder. The BANNER control system from the U.S. supports color film alignment with precise positioning of logos and patterns. The machine also uses Tsubaki SUS304 clip chains from Japan.
• The upper and lower split-combined aluminum alloy molds are custom-made to meet client specifications, and allow for quick and convenient installation and removal.
• The frame is made of extruded aluminum alloy (Brand: 6063T).
• The vacuum pump is a BOSCH vacuum pump from Germany.
• The lifting structure of the forming mold holder uses a pneumatic system, which enables independent lifting and a built-in self-locking mechanism.
• Both upper and lower films adopt an automatic brake and tensioning system with an adjustable handle for horizontal film alignment, ensuring constant film tension.
• When changing packaging specifications, mold replacement is simple: by loosening just four bolts securing the upper mold’s heating plate, the plate can be lifted easily using a gas spring (shoba). Likewise, the heating plate on the sealing section can also be lifted the same way, making heater wire replacement quick and user-friendly.
